-----The Kingdom of Altoria is divided into 15 estates. His Majesty, the King Avaross, rules from his castle in the central Royal Estate of Goldren. Over the years, the crown has awarded the jurisdiction of the estates to 14 different families in return for their loyal services. -----The Kingdom of Altoria is centered in a river valley with the Dragos Mountains to the west, the Kingdom of Goria to the north, the Kingdom of Zanyr to the east, and the Lathanian Plains to the south. The Altor River runs almost through the center of the kingdom from its source in the mountains running southwest to where the mouth empties into the sea.
-----Altoria, over the years, has mostly been concerned with humanoids and the occasional dragon from the Dragos Mountains. Every now and then, humanoids and other creatures have been seen in the southern Lathanian Plains. Altoria hopes to open favorable relations with the elven nations and the dwarven stronghold.

Goria

-----Goria is a kingdom situated to the northeast of Altoria. The kingdom lies along the southern edge of the Mistene River. It is surrounded by the Dragos Mountains to the west, Altoria and Zanyr to the south and the A'Lantaen Sea to the east.
-----King Phildren rules from his capitol of Goretha. Once the center of rule for the old Gorian Empire, this kingdom is divided into 15 estates.
-----Goria suffers from attacks from Nefarion and the Nor barbarians. The King hopes to enlist aid from the dwarves in the northern Dragos Mountains. With the ever-growing threat of Nefarion, he is considering enlisting aid from some of the barbarian tribes in the northern wilds.

Zanyr

-----Zanyr is the kingdom situated to the east of Altoria. Goria borders this kingdom to the north and the entire Zanyrian eastern coast is situated on the A'Lantaen Sea. About five hundred to six hundred miles from Zanyr's coast are the Vestian Isles.
-----The King, Antonio of the Carlon family, rules from his capitol of Castellon. Over the years, this kingdom has been occupied by conflicts and attacks by the Vestians and the Nor sea raiders. Because of this, it appears that Zanyr is interested in building a strong naval force.
-----The Kingdom of Zanyr is divided into thirteen estates.

Vigilance

-----Once the largest city in the Lathanian Empire, Vigilance is now the largest and oldest city on the Argorian coast. At one time in the ancient past, Vigilance may have had over a million people. Today, the population is closer to five hundred thousand with more in the surrounding land.
-----A leftover tradition from Lathania is that Vigilance is ruled by a great city council. People from all over the known world are represented in the city.

Nefarion

-----Beyond the Mistene River, northwest of the Dragos Mountains, lies the fell region of Nefarion. Not much is known about this region other than from rumors and conjectures.
-----In this region dwells the berzerk-like warlords. These people look to take all that they can from whoever they can terrorize. An almost constant state of war exists inside as well as outside the region. Goria and even the northern barbarian tribes are victims to Nefarion's invasions and raids.
-----The warlord Marcimus rules this region from the town of Ravager.

Vestian Isles

-----Off the coast of Zanyr are a dozen or more islands. The majority of these are inhabited by the female dominated warrior race known as the Vestians. Legends say that the Vestians reclaimed their islands from the Lathanian Empire before it fell. They have been known to be as brutal as the Nor sea raiders.

Nor and the Northern Wilds

-----North of Goria, in the shadow of the Nortyr Mountains, lies the Northern Wilds region. Very rarely does one come across a permanent settlement here. At different times, the area may be occupied by invaders from Nefarion, Nor, or monsters from the mountains. The few people who do live there probably are nomadic in lifestyle.
-----Along the coast of the sea are tribes of Nor barbarians. These sea raiders have harassed Goria, Zanyr, and the Vestians in the past century.
