Battling the Undead

-----Gimplefwick rubs his chins and commences with a tale, "I seem to recall on one of my voyages that the skeletal dead rose up and attacked my friends and I. We were on a quest for the Golden Fleece, the argonauts and I, when we were assaulted by some magically animated skeletons. Aye, it was a horrific fight. The clatter of their bones still haunts me to this day." Gimplefwick shivers as he recalls that epic battle.

-----Kazel then pauses and looks at Gimplefwick. "So what were you trying back at the inn? We all want to know, of course."
-----Gimplefwick winces as Kazel cleans his wounded face, "Argghh. Well, it was boring and cold up on that roof. It wasn't a fit night fer halfling nor beast. Then me parrot suggested that we should be insides somewhere. Anyways, the rope was there, so I thought I'd check out the assassin's room."
-----The Dread Pirate's eyes bug out at the memory of his encounter, "When I entered the room, that dead woman stood up and came at me. Yes, she was still dead, but that warn't stoppin her. So she and I tussled fer awhile and then her head fell off. At that point there was a guard yellin down on the street, so I tried to distract him. I yelled down at him that 'the counterfeiters had me', then I chucked the dead woman's head out the window at him. Then I thought it'd be a good idea to leave, and that's when Kazel spotted me."

-----He then addresses the rest of the gathered group, "Well then, everything seemed to turn out alright after all. How'd things go out here? It was pretty rough inside for Seth and I. Those wizardly bastards made those dead prisoners rise up from their rest and attack Seth and I. There must've been about a dozen of 'em shamblin about, mumbling about 'brains' and such, tryin to rip our heads off. But we managed to kill 'em all again and they should be nicely toasted by morning. That'll teach 'em to get back up after death. Miserable undead bastards. Isn't that right, Seth?"
-----The Dread Pirate accompanies his tale of battling the zombie horde with appropriate gestures and hacking motions with his arms.
