-----Garrison moves closer to inspect what Rinda points out. After a moment, he says as he moves closer to the brush, “It looks like he was trying to take cover. He was moving close to the ground.”
-----“Look!” Rinda says following him, “He moved out of the brush back onto the trail road.” She suddenly freezes and gasps. There on the trail, the dirt and the grass is stained with drops of blood.
-----"Can ye follow where he went next, Garrison?" Sol asks the woodsman, his voice controlled. His eyes flick to Rinda and he offers consolingly, "He'll be alright, Rinda. He always is."
-----While the trail is being inspected, Jeilin continues her lookout in other directions. However she draws a bit closer to listen in on the hunters' findings.
-----Garrison takes quite a few moments to examine a larger area on the trail. His expression reveals surprise. Pointing to the ground, he says, “A horse took a fall here.” He then moves over a few feet indicating some disturbed bloodied dirt. “The rider landed here,” he adds, before saying through clenched teeth. “That must have hurt!”
-----The woodsman backs up pointing at a line of different footprints that approach where the rider fell. “I’m guessing this rider was ambushed.”
-----Rinda looks at the prints that Raven left and then looks at the others Garrison pointed out. “Raven went to care for the horse,” she states and as she examines the others she says a bit excitedly, “Elven! Whisper stopped the rider that Raven was chasing!”
-----The Huntress then straightens and looks around at the surrounding trees.
-----At Whisper's name, Sol's eyebrows raise in pleased surprise. "Good t'know th' sod hasn't gotten himself killed yet. So where've they gone from here, Garrison?" Like the others, the Gorian now strains his sight, trying to pick out any sign of life beyond the group.
-----"Any sign of the dwarf and the woman?" Jeilin asks as she approaches, stopping in the shade.
-----Garrison and Rinda again search the ground eagerly. After looking along the northern edge of the trail road, Rinda says, “I see no sign of the dwarf and the woman.”
-----“They dragged the rider through the brush on this side,” Garrison says looking at the vegetation on the opposite side of the road. “The poor bastard may have died.”
-----Suddenly a familiar voice gives a call from the trees on the north side of the road. Rinda laughs as she dashes into the woods to greet Raven. Behind the Hunter comes the lithe form of Whisper; the wood elf’s hood and scarf drawn about his features.
-----Sol crosses over to the other side of the road to greet the pair, "Looks like ye brought down th' prey. Nice work." He smiles warmly in congratulation.
-----Whisper inclined his head in acknowledgment, and then unwound the scarf and pulled the hood back before raising his free hand in greeting to the others.
-----"Come. Camp." The Wood Elf said quietly, half turning to gesture back towards the way Raven and he had come.
-----Jeilin likewise greets Whisper and Raven, still clasping her book. The priestess gives a brief glance at the trail into the woods as she follows the others towards the camp.
-----Waving the others to follow on, Sol likewise traces the elf's steps into the campsite.
