-----Romney's face clouds over as he says, "I don't think it wise for Mirian to venture into the swamps. From what you mentioned was encountered back in the ruins could be a hint of things awaiting in the marshes."
-----"I agree," Garrison adds, "At one point it seemed we were being rushed by hobgoblins, lizards and trolls. Mirian would be safer going on to Rushfen."
-----Rinda nods, listening to what is said by the two men. Ignoring the issue of the dancer, the huntress speaks, saying, "So it is, does the pack charge to the hunt or do we rest this day so that the hunt starts out tomorrow?" She then looks up at the afternoon daylight coming through the high windows.
-----"Come on to the next town," Mirian says still looking solemnly at Sarah, "Garrison came back hurt and the swamp won't be any kinder to your dress."
-----"Not one o' ye answered whether we should continue on t'Rushfen or not. Except fer Mirian, an' she's not going t'Gafa wi' us." Sol smiles, more out of bemusement than anything else. The warrior says in a clear voice, "Look, let's head on t'Rushfen. If anything it means that when we set out fer Gafa, we at least won't be hitting th' place in th' dark. We can work out whose ready t'head there tomorrow."
-----Romney chuckles and adds, "The day is not over. Perhaps word from the troops will reach this place after we leave."
-----"The troop could have even moved around us through the swamps to the south," Garrison adds, "They or at least a few scouts could be waiting on us in Rushfen. If the people of the woods met battle, word could even reach us there tomorrow."
-----Presently, Lord Howrun is seen rising from his chair and calling Roderon and his closest followers to his side. He speaks with them, but his words are dimmed out by the noise of the troop and visitors in the festhall. The Lady Herald stands nearby, an unreadable expression clouding her face.
-----After words of farewell are shared, the Lord of Silvergard then makes his way across the festhall to the entrance with Roderon, Sula and the others. Roderon motions to the woodsmen and elves saying, "We ride on to the Town of Rushfen!"
-----"Thank ye fer yer company Kylan, an' I'm sorry we didn't have time t'share stories. Seems we ride now." Sol rises from his seat and offers Kylan his hand, before waiting for Sarah to rise as well. Once she is ready, he reaches into a pocket and pulls out a handful of coins and heads towards the temple to make his donation.
-----Raven speaks up, "Sorry Sol, I should of spoke up earlier. I'm still for heading to Gafa." Raven smiles, "I'd rather keep to our smaller group, just what I'm used to."
-----Still standing, Sol looks back at Raven, a glint of good humour in his eye. He shakes his head slowly and turns to say to the group, "Right then, I'm going to alter things one last time. Raven, Rinda, Lovan, Romney an' I will head t'Gafa t'check th' area out. Garrison, you stay with Mirian an' make sure she receives good an' proper protection. There's just no way she'd be safer being taken through th' swamps t'an unknown situation."
-----Sol then faces Sarah and offers, "I want ye by my side, but if ye feel Mirian could use yer aid, then stay wi' her by all means."
-----Sarah smiles sweetly at Sol, when he hadn't mentioned her in his first announcement she was worried he had forgotten about her. "If Mirian needs our help that badly she should come with us." Sarah says, implying that Garrison is more than capable of handling the dancer's problems. "The people of Gafa need us more. I'm coming with you." She also gathers a good handful of coins and digs up some feathers to donate as well.
-----On the way out of the inn, Sol hands Romney a silver piece and asks him to see if he can buy some torches for the coming trip.
-----Raven nods, "If Mirian wants to come with us that badly, I'm fine with it. I like her spirit and would gladly protect her from harm." Raven turns to face Mirian, "As long as you realize our group is most likely being heading toward a very dangerous place." A grim Raven continues, "I'm saying this not to scare you, but to make sure you are aware of the risk. I'll respect what ever you decide."
-----Sol looks on with darkened eyes, obviously frustrated, but not willing to speak against Raven on this. Once Mirian has made her decision, he prepares to head to the place of donation with Sarah.
-----An uncertain look comes over the dancer's face. She then gathers some coins from her pouch. "Swamps, . . . lizards, . . . danger," she mutters. Then a light comes over her face as she looks at Sarah. "Yes, I will go with all of you," the dancer says, "Maybe there will be those in this village who could use some cheering in song."
