-----Sol dismounts and knocks at the door. Within a few moments, a thin man opens the door. He wears robes of deep purple lined with yellow. Something a bit uneasy is revealed from his gray eyes and he seems to stare unbelievably at Sol at first. His black hair is combed back from his smooth face and although he appears to be of a young age, his face is lined with signs of wear.
-----Sol asks for Sarah and the man shows him in where Sarah is sitting at a small table. Sol says, "Sorry fer interrupting. Sarah, we have a decent lead. There are plenty o' caves around, but one's position particularly stands out, an' it's only several miles from here. The rest o' us want t'know if ye'd like t'either rest here fer th' night or go on to th' cave now." Sol had put no emphasis on either choice, but from the way his body constantly shifts weight, it's obvious that he prefers the latter.
-----Raven stands quietly behind Sol as Sol speaks. Raven doesn't give any sign on which path he would like to take. Raven then looks over at the purple man and says, "Evenin'."
-----Sarah turns to see Sol, obviously worried about something. "Um...I...are you...what..." Sarah turns to the seer. "Can you help me?" She almost begs him.
-----"I am sorry," Rhodoban, the priest in the purple robes, tells Sarah, "that is all that has been revealed to us at this time."
-----Turning to Sol, he continues to speak to everyone present, "I would warn you all to take care and find shelter. The night is here and there are things out there in the dark that make it wise to wait for the light of day."
-----Sol's mouth works silently, as if trying to find the correct way to respond. Turning to the priest, he nods graciously, "Thanks fer th' warning, yer reverence. Seems t'be a common one." Frowning in concern, the Gorian takes a few steps forward into the room and hesitantly says, "Sarah, are you feeling alright? Perhaps it's best we will stay here tonight. Give ourselves time t'prepare an' all."
-----"Hmmm?" Sarah says to Sol. "No, I'm not fine, I mean I'm okay, but..." Sarah takes a deep breath and whispers in Sol’s ear what the priest just told her.
-----"And I would appreciate it if we could stay here tonight." She says to everyone.
-----Looking slightly startled by Sarah's whispered relevation, Sol replies to her, "Okay then. I don't know where we're staying yet. We'll work that out in a moment." He smiles at her confidently, bows his head to Rhodoban and walks out of the temple to speak with Raven and the guards.
-----Sol starts speaking as soon as he's out of the temple, "I'd like t'organise some sort o' small watch while we're here...Th' usual first, second, third watch. I'td good t'see if we can catch whatever is terrorizing Visp, so I'm going t'take th' middle watch, an' th' rest o' ye are welcome t'suit yerselves into th' first an' last ones." He flicks a questioning glance at Raven, silently asking him what he'd like to do.
-----However the warrior doesn't wait, speaking again straightaway, "If any o' ye during yer watch see what we're after, don't engage unless someone is in immediate danger. Instead, I'd like one o' ye t'come back to wherever we're staying tonight and rouse th' rest o' us. The other will stay and keep an eye on the enemy. Any questions?"
-----"Uh....I'll go with you." Sarah says, walking closely next to Sol. She says quietly to him. "Please don't leave me alone!"
-----Raven rubs his chin and says to Sol, "Are we going to camp out right here or are they going to let us stay inside tonight?" Raven with a puzzled look says, "What did the purple man say to Sarah? She seems to be upset."
-----"Who's they?" Sol asks with a smile, "I didn't see any inns around, but maybe Rau'Triel can find room fer us in th' temple. Though I admit, I don't mind camping out either." With a somewhat neutral looks, Sol adds, "I'll tell you what Sarah said, once we set up fer tonight."
-----Raven says, "Let's camp out here in town then. I'm curious to see what's been haunting this town."
-----A smile accompanies Sol's reply, "Right then. Camping out in town it is." He chuckles lightly before explaining, "I've done so in th' past, but back then I had th' benefit o' sleeping under a wagon." Sol then turns to the four guards, "Yer welcome t'find more of a comfortable place indoors if ye like, as long as yer up fer yer watches." He offers to them, before waiting for Raven to choose the best spot to camp.
-----Shema pulls her leather cap off and rubs her shaved head. With a frown on her face, she nods at Sol and the young warrior can see that the female guard does not intent to hide from any potential danger.
-----Just behind her, blond-haired Bradley hems a bit and finally says, "Maybe it wouldn’t hurt to . ." He grunts as he takes an elbow to the gut from Shema who flashes him an angry glance. Grabbing his side, he corrects himself to Sol as he twists in pain, "We’ll all be camping outside and taking our turns at the watch, Sir."
-----Abram and Romney simply fight back the snickers as they look on.
