-----Dread looks speculatively at the Curate, "Maybe the alchemist might have a way to strengthen the pepper juice also. Maybe he can boil off the excess water or somethin. Anyway, that's me plan. Blind her, then beat her into insensibility. O' course it all depends on figurin out how to turn invisible."
-----"Peppers?" the Curate asks with a surprised look. He frowns but he nods with a somewhat impressed expression. Looking up at some of his guards, he raises his eyebrows and commands, "Fetch the . . . peppers and pig bladders from the market. Take the peppers to the alchemist, there is perhaps one also in the Marketplace. Be sure everything is according to . . . uh," Zharta pauses as he looks at Gimplefwick, "our friend’s instruction."
-----Zharta also adds, "If you have a magic item, I am afraid we cannot assist you with such. Such things might be referred to the priests at the Temple of Ora."
-----Before the Dread Pirate answers, Zharta says, "I would also like to send some of my guards and perhaps myself with you so that hopefully when whatever lurks above in the tower is overwhelmed by the pepper juice, we can assist you."
-----As three of the guards rush off to fetch the items, Zharta asks, "You mentioned you had others that you needed to summon? And by the way, sir, what is your name and those who are with you?"
-----The Dread Pirate smacks his forehead with his open hand, saying, "Och, I can't believe in me rush to go fight evil that I went and forgot to introduce meself and me friends. Well, I'm sure that ye understand, these bein tryin times fer all of us. What with dark powers inhabitin yer temple and evil stalkin the land. Spekin o' yer temple, I don't see any problem with some o' yer folk helpin out, but just make sure that ye stay on the lowest floor, til ye hear a scream. It'll be hard enough to sneak up on whatever is up there, without alertin it. A couple o' me friends'll probably be able to sneak up with me to the ladder, but we don't want too many folk, stumblin about. But since ye want to help, we could also use a volunteer to throw an extra pepper-bladder at, just to make sure it works afore tryin it for real."
-----Gimplefwick continues, "As fer identifyin items, perhaps ye can send one o' yer clerics with me friend here to the temple of Ora? It'll probably help her in findin the place and perhaps convey the sense of gravity and urgency that we be workin under here. I'm sure me other friend here can run back to the inn and fetch our other friends that're back there. That'd probably be fer the best anyway. We've had a rough couple o' days and they surely don't need any new faces burstin in on 'em with alarmin news."
-----With that, Marast glares around at the human guards and seeing that everything for the time being appears somewhat calm, he nods to the Dread Pirate. The elf then jogs off in the direction of the Marketplace. His movements resemble a strong and nimble deer bounding through the forest.
-----The Curate issues another command and two of the templar guards steps forward with their horses. Zharta tells them, "Escort this young lady to the Temple of Ora and assist her with what she needs."
-----One of the guards ushers Kazel up into the saddle behind him and they ride off down the street toward the west.
-----Turning back to the Dread Pirate, Zharta continues, "Let us see, my friend, you were about to tell me your name?"
-----The Dread Pirate grins at the Curate's refusal to be sidetracked, "Arrr, right, I was about to tell ye our names. I be called 'Dread', by me friends and associates. That be Kazel, goin off to the Temple of Ora. Sethaneles is back at the inn, but should be here soon. Then there be a group of four mercenaries that we recently hired, Marast bein one of 'em. The others are Kordoruy, Barbasol, and Rinikin, or somethin like that. I've never been terribly good with names."
-----The Dread Pirate shrugs at his butchering of the mercenaries’ names.
-----Kazel smiles and makes a 'bang' with her finger at the Curate when she's introduced. She speaks up just before she goes off with the guards. "If you've any layouts of the tower itself that'll be useful. I haven't been inside, so maybe we won't need one if it's just a box with stairs. And, have you seen or know where our fellow friends from Hearthorn are off to outside of town? We've lost touch a bit earlier due to something astoundingly stupid, but I digress."
-----Zharta bows slightly to the Dread Pirate with an unreadable expression on his face. Seeing that Kazel has journeyed on down the street out of hearing range, the Curate nonetheless answers her question to Gimplefwick. "I have heard," he begins, "that others from Hearthorn have made their way to the village of Visp."
-----After a while of waiting and suffering through small talk, the Dread Pirate sees Seth come down the street with all four of the guards in tow. Just as they arrive, a trio of templar guards also arrives on the scene. They approach from the Marketplace area of the town carrying what appears to be four pig bladders filled with some kind of liquid.
