-----"1."

-----"2."

-----"3!"

-----Trying to be in unison with the hunter, Sol builds up speed and propels his plated shoulder into the door, hoping to batter the portal off its hinges.
-----The two warriors hurtled themselves at the door and, surprisingly, the portal did not merely budge, it exploded! Fragments of wood flew in all directions just from the impact of Sol and Garrison who seemed to be momentarily swallowed up by the darkness of the space beyond the now absent door.
-----The two who assaulted the door came to a stop in the room beyond, never losing their balance, and oddly felt smaller bodies being slammed to the floor in front of them. Angry and somewhat frightened voices scream and shout in excitement from the darkened room.
-----The flickering light from Lovan’s torch behind Garrison and Sol reveals small hurried movements, though it is not apparent whether they are attacking or retreating. Sol can sense at least two small forms on the floor in front of him struggling to get up.
-----Sol blinks a moment in surprise. Owing to his natural confidence, he was sure they could get through the door, but he hadn't imagined the door completely disintegrating. He grinned wildly at the situation before calmly passing his sword back to its preferred hand and attempting to run the small forms through.
-----Jeilin squints at the room beyond, but is hampered by the glare of the torch and the people in the doorway. Now the priestess clears her throat lightly, and points her silver rod forward. "Taiyuna illumi," she intones, in a completely foreign accent.
-----Suddenly a light shines forth and from a surprisingly interesting source. The great Lathanian sword that Sol holds shines forth with a light that illuminates most of the chamber he and Garrison have crashed into. The far wall is twenty feet in front of them and another door is visible there.
-----The goblins quickly become unnerved at this new intrusion as the two at Sol’s feet are slain by the enchanted weapon. The rest that are present are already scurrying for the far door and a quick count reveals four of the fleeing small humanoids.
-----“In th’ name o’ Holy Joren!” Dilton exclaims as he moves forward to help and also cover the priestess.
-----Garrison leaps over the slain goblins and immediately strikes down two more of the goblins before they can make their escape.
-----“Bah!” Lovan suddenly erupts as he dramatically slings aside the torch. “Tis the favor of the Great Rager you witness here!” he yells, halfway replying to Dilton. Just behind the young Gorian, Lovan practically screams, “SHOW THEM THE FURY THE RAGER HAS GIVEN YOU!”
-----Just as quickly, or perhaps within the same second of time, Sol moves forward with the Lathanian sword over his head. In the next instant, the last two goblins are struck dead just as one had barely opened the door.
-----Now with silence falling as this small group is defeated, all eyes fall on the slightly opened door. The light from the sword reveals little but shadows beyond through the slit in the door opening.
-----Light footsteps are heard back in the darkness behind the group, followed by a few tapping sounds. After a moment, the grey-haired Zanyrian girl emerges through the broken door frames, looking slowly around at the illuminated room before stepping through. "Here", she says as she approaches Garrison and hands over the discarded torch back to him.
-----Sol shakes the sword a couple of times, appearing a trifle confused, before deciding the blaring light was nothing to worry about. Sol opens the door in front of him fully, nudging aside one of the fallen goblins to make room to do so. Raising the sword again, he steps through.
-----Dilton holds his torch up and inspects the door that Garrison and Sol crashed through. He then follows the rest into the room that the goblins lie dead in. He moves carefully about checking to make sure there is nothing dangerous about the bodies and the dark corners.
-----“Thank you,” Garrison says as he receives the torch from Jeilin. He pauses only a moment while considering if he should relight it from Dilton’s torch, but thinks better of it. Seeing Sol already entering into the next room, he simply carries it in his off-weapon hand.
-----In the next room, Sol holds his sword up and it reveals a room much like the one he just came from. The stone walls are barren of décor and dust has gathered in various places in the empty room.
-----"Alright, look around fer another exit." Sol moves into the room and begins to shine the light around the room, searching for anything of interest.
