-----The Dread Pirate leaps backwards while wildly slashing his cutlass at the pouncing werebeast, yelling, "Ye fleabitten son of a bitch. I'll have yer head on pike fer that."
-----Seth steps back ready to run and then, seeing the Dread Pirate's resolve, he quickly fumbles with the spider web and tries to cast a web spell at the werething in front of him in the framed doorway of the cottage.
-----Kazel steps behind the wolf attacking Dread, and stabs her longsword at its spine.
-----The Dread Pirate rips his cutlass across the monster's abdomen slicing its muscles and spraying blood down its legs. The creature howls in pain and it moves just in time to avoid Kazel's thrust.
-----The werecreature in the doorway suddenly springs and is quickly upon Seth before he can cast his spell. The werewolf savagely claws the musician's arm causing streaks of blood to stain his shirt.
-----Marast quickly recovers and fires off two arrows. His first missile strikes the creature facing the Dread Pirate; the silver tip lodging itself in the beast's upper arm. The werecreature begins to back away as it deals with its pain.
-----The second arrow deeply pierces the side of the monster menacing Seth. The werecreature then roars in anger and looks to attack Seth again.
-----Seth falls to the ground in pain, unsure of what to do. He rolls over and punches out his fist with the silver ring on it and yells, "Sabba Sa" and imagines the creature that has caused him so much pain being pushed through every door and wall of the cottage until it hits a tree somewhere beyond the house.
-----Marast fires another arrow toward the wolf creature standing over Seth. The arrow misses thudding loudly as it strikes the wooden frame of the house behind it.
-----The Dread Pirate slashes again at the werecreature, but he suddenly looses his balance. As he overswings his weapon, his momentum carries him around and he falls before the beast unto his rump.
-----Kazel stabs into the creature's back and makes contact. The butcher's blade slices into the monster piercing its muscles.
-----It becomes slightly maddened from the attack and lunges forward. The werewolf then clamps down hard with its jaws onto the Dread Pirate's shoulder.
-----Another arrow sails over the other werewolf's head as it leans down to get at the half-elven musician. The werewolf snaps at Seth but it misses.
-----In the space of a moment, a rush of air seems to come from Seth's hand and the ram-like force manifests itself. The magic violently strikes the werecreature sending it hurtling back toward the cottage door. The creature falls into the portal shattering it and then beyond into the interior of the cottage. A crashing of furniture is heard but it is quickly replaced by a silence inside there.
-----Seth makes ready some more web and slowly advances through the door ready to web a hopefully, dazed and confused werebeast.
-----As Seth approaches the doorway, he sees the form of the werebeast sprawled out across a collapsed and broken table. Watching the rise and fall of its hairy chest, Seth can see that the creature is not dead although it appears unconscious. As he continues to watch it, small movements are seen beneath the fur as if the monster is shrinking or changing in size. The fur seems to thin out as it grows shorter and the facial features appear less wolfen.
-----Within the next few moments, Seth finds himself staring down at the naked form of a human female; beautiful but somehow dangerously strong in form.
-----Kazel stabs into the back of the werewolf again that still bites the Dread Pirate. The sword runs deep and causes the monster to let go of its grip on the halfling.
-----Marast fires another silver-tipped arrow and the missile lodges itself in the beast's neck where it opens a running gush of dark blood. The werewolf then collapses on the ground beside the Dread Pirate who still sits on the ground looking quite hurt.
-----The quiet returns to the woods as the rogues look around seeing nothing else that seems aggressive right now.
-----Seth decides to use the web in his hand and make sure the werebeast is totally incapacitated. He fondles the web and then mutters a few words and releases the web spell onto the werebeast slowly turning into a human female.
-----Kazel looks closer at her sword and the werewolf, seeing if her sword actually did any damage. Raising her sword again to strike, she says, "Well, I'm ready to make some wolf steaks. Unless we want to add them to our growing collection of monsters?
-----Marast checks the creature lying next to the Dread Pirate. "Dead, . . ." he begins to utter, but then he stops suddenly and stands.
