-----The Lord Wizard hugs his daughter, lightly kissing her forehead before letting her go. He then places his hand on Sol's shoulder and leads him toward the dragon carcass as the others slowly follow Lord Howrun's company. "Yes, young Stormbringer, you wished to speak with me?" Zepharon asks.
-----Raven's wolf bounds happily as it barks playfully at his master. "You, my Hunter," Rinda says grabbing Raven's arm, "are still my favorite. I would wrestle you down now in celebration, but you need more tending! I shall start with this!" With that Rinda grabs Raven's hair on each side of his face and kisses him full on the lips deeply. After a few moments, she pulls away and tells him, "That might keep you until we reach this village Howrun speaks of."
-----Garrison's jaw dropped the instant Rinda kissed Raven. As the huntress mounts up on her horse, she turns and smiles widely at her man. "Damn!" Garrison softly gasps.
-----Raven smiles and then mutters, "May the Hunter grant me the strength.."
-----Sarah nods to Sol, and lets her father leave to go and talk to him, smiling as they go. Sensing that what Sol wants to say is private, Sarah stares at the meandering river, captivated by the light sparkling on its water. She walks to Marlexana and hugs her magic horse, still gazing at the river.
-----As Sarah waits, laughter and low speaking is detected from Sol and her father. Once Sarah sees flashes of color on the other side of the two men in her life, but it is difficult to see what has occurred.
-----Suddenly someone stands at her side and as Sarah turns, she sees Lovan looking at her with a much more calm expression on his face. A bit of admiration crosses his face and he tells her, "You may not worship the Rager, but I am please to have seen the Fury that you bring to battle." Bowing to her, he slips away and follows the hunters and elves.
-----"May I help you up into your saddle, MiLady?" Romney asks her as he also waits on the remaining adventurers.
-----Sarah smiles quietly to herself and nods at Lovan, not answering him directly. To Romney she presents her hand and thanks him gratefully as he helps her into her saddle. Once mounted she continues to stare dreamily at the water.
-----Their conversation at an end, Sol bows his head respectfully to the Lord Wizard and walks over to Sarah. Grinning, he hands over the powder and the vial of liquid that Sol has held. He says to her in explanation, "From Merkulus' tower. Forgot about them. Ready for some rest?" Sol then mount up on Thunder to follow everyone else to the local village.
-----Zepharon approaches and asks Sarah, "Would you like me to identify those before you leave?"
-----"Yes, please. I have some others too." Sarah says, handing Zepharon the things Sol just gave her, as well as the various potions the party has given to her to keep over the quest.
-----Raven steps forward and adds, "Lord Zepharon, could you also look at a few of my items?" Raven then hands Zepharon Krondor's sword, a pair of bracers, two rings, a vile of red liquid and his two short swords.
-----"Certainly," Zepharon says to Raven with a smile. Within a few moments, Sarah and Raven hand the items over which leaves the Lord Wizard with his arms heavily burdened balancing everything. "Ahem," he says clearing his throat while still smiling.
-----"Well, we must have a moment to investigate each item separately," he quips raising his eyebrows. With that, he heaves the items aloft. They fly upward just a few inches, but instead of falling, the items hang in the air just in front of the Lord Wizard.
-----First he takes Krondor's sword from the air and lays it across his arm. After passing his hand over it and murmuring, he says nodding, "This sword carries an enchantment to it. It should serve you well." He then hands it to Raven.
-----Next the wizard retrieves the two short sword and holds them against the back drop of the sky. "Interesting," Zepharon says, as if looking through the weapons, "these short swords carry as much enchantment as the long sword." Looking at Raven, he adds, "I would suspect that these would be somewhat quicker to use." He then hands them to the Hunter.
-----Grasping the container of dust, Zepharon momentarily looks it over smiling. He then confirms his thoughts by telling his daughter, "Ah, a very useful item for a mage to carry, my daughter. This is what is commonly called Dust of Appearance, which can be used to exposed things that are unseen and show some illusion for what they are." He then hands the container to Sarah.
-----Taking the bracers in his hands, Zepharon reports, "These bracers are enchanted for protection. Looking at the trio of adventurers around him, his eyes stop at his daughter once again. "I would think that you would benefit most from them, Sarah."
