-----As she puts the finishing touches on the sleeping people she also gags them as well as hides them, in case they wake up. "Ok I will become invisible again. You can lead the horses out and meet me and the mercs outside the keep. We better hurry."
-----Kazel then says, "Is there a pony around? Runik would be better with one than a horse. We should have more than just the four horses anyway or else it might seem too much of an coincidence that we mentioned we needed four horses earlier on."
-----Kazel tells Seth to change back into Sol to take out the four horses. As for whether to take Sarah's horse or not and to take four or more, she awaits his answer on her question regarding mystical bonds.
-----Seth changes back into Sol for the gate guards. "Well about the bond, I don't think it is the same as the owl, that is different... I am just thinking back to when her horse became possessed and then suddenly it wasn't like it was still possessed but by something else.. I know that sounds confusing. I guess we can just take it and sell it and buy a pony. I can't see a pony in here anywhere!"
-----"Hmm I remember that. Ok, let's take it and get out of here then. But let me check first." Kazel tries to get the horse to do something, such as walking forward on her command just to make sure it can be controlled. She then says, "Now if the guards ask you don't tell them things they know or can check right away. And say as little as possible. Say, taking them to a friend, who is good with horseshoes or taking care of horses, or to detect magic on them at the temple... I dunno, but only if they really want those answers."
-----Seth smiles at Kazel. "What you don't trust me any more?" he asks with a mock hurt tone.
-----Kazel smiles and replies, "Well of course I do Seth, but let's cut down on chance of necessary violence on the guards as much as we all like it. Sometimes they are confused by too many words in a sentence."
-----Seth shrugs his shoulders and begins leading the horses towards the gate and mumbles something about, "Ahhh use Sol's vocabulary or should that be words?"
-----Finding that Sarah's horse does not react to her influence, Kazel grabs the reins of another horse that the stable boy had saddled up and hands it to Seth.
-----Seth then steps out of the stables leading the four horses. At the gate are four guards. As the disguised musician emerges, the four guards draw their swords. One of the guards orders, "Stop where you are!" He then begins yelling the names of the two guards that went into the stables.
-----Remembering Kazel's words, Seth disguised as Sol stops and mumbles some simple words and sprinkles sand at the four guards and utters finally a single word reply to the guards - "Sleep."
-----Kazel mumbles, "Hmm, Sol is more suspicious looking than I thought." She gets close to the guards after the spell is cast to see if there is anyone left standing.
-----Immediately all four guards drop. The unseen half-elf quickly begins to drag one of them under the wall shadows outside the keep. The effect looks strange as the unconscious body is moving along the ground.
-----Suddenly Marast and Runik come running across the courtyard. "Head fer the hills!" the dwarf says to Seth in Sol disguise as he rushes up, "there be more guards on the way!"
-----Sure enough, excited shouts are heard and the sound of hurrying booted feet is heard not only across the courtyard but overhead above the gate.
-----Marast launches himself up into the saddle of a horse. "Blast ye, ye pointy-eared varmit," Runik hisses through his teeth at the elf, "pull me up 'hind ye on yer beast o' I'll make sure they git a good idear what ye look like!"
-----The elf uncharacteristically smiles down at the dwarf and slightly sneers. Quickly he slaps one hand down at the dwarf. The two lock arms and Runik is quickly hoisted up behind Marast in the saddle.
-----With nothing else hindering the way into the town streets and the approaching sounds of trouble on the way, Runik, with eyes wide and blaring, stares at Seth and says, "Well, what's we waitin' fer? I ain't been in this much trouble wit' the law 'fore. I ain't plannin' on spendin' time in no jail!"
-----With that, everyone seen and unseen takes to the horses and storms off down the streets toward the Cloven Inn.
