-----Sol wipes his blade clean on the fur of a dead bugbear before resheathing it. As he walks back towards the guards, Sol glances at Rinda and smiles, "That's a clever trick, Rinda. An' certainly useful too." Once the warrior arrives back where the guards have gathered, Sol also begins to check over the guards' wounds.
-----After noting the extent of Shema's injuries, he returns his attention to Rinda and asks, "Rinda, is it possible ye can aid Shema with ye...?" Sol performs a few wildly inaccurate magical gestures. He then squints slightly in the dark as if trying to determine how bad Rinda's injuries are.
-----Sarah runs to Shema's side and begins to bandage her wounds. "Don't go anywhere, Sol, I'm bandaging you next." She says with an authoritative tone.
-----Sol looks faintly offended as he watches Sarah fix up Shema's wounds. "Ye know, it really is only a scratch. Bradley got hurt worse than I did. An' I think Rinda may have taken a fair few knocks." The warrior frowns after his speech to the mage, doubtful that his words swayed Sarah's order of healing much.
-----Placing a hand on Raven's shoulder, Rinda replies, "I am not hurt. That is the blessing of the Great Hunter in taking the shape of one of his children."
-----Seeing that Raven is not hurt, she places a hand softly on the hunter's cheek and smiles. Turning back toward Sol, she chuckles at the warrior's attempt to imitate the casting of spells. She then runs off to also help Shema. As she does, she calls back to Sol, "I do not think Sarah will let you get away without checking your wound."
-----After tending to the woman warrior, Shema is strong enough to stand although she still appears injured. Stepping back, Rinda then points out Sol to Sarah with a smile on her face. The huntress then turns her attention to Romney's injuries.
-----Garrison stands not too far from Sol and Raven staring toward the west. He then turns toward Raven and asks, "Do you think those bugbears came from that direction?" The woodsman points toward the wooded hill in the distance where earlier the party had seen the stone structure.
-----Sarah walks quickly over to Sol and begins to take off his armor to see his wounds better. In a few moments she begins bandaging and cleaning them. She realizes the warrior isn't hurt that badly, but she doesn't admit it to Sol.
-----Sol accepts Sarah's aid with a smile, having given up on any attempts at hiding injuries. As the mage cares for his back wound, Sol replies to Garrison, "Maybe. In this light they could ha' chosen t'come from any direction an' I wouldn't know it. Dammit. But they may well have, especially if it has some sort o' religious or tribal significance. Though I know nothing about these bugbears really."
-----Sol then eyes Raven with a grin as he jibes good naturedly, "We can check out th' structure in th' morning, huh?"
-----Raven smiles back at Sol, "It looks like they checked us out instead." Raven looks down at one of the dead bugbear, "Tough bastards weren't they?"
-----Raven looks back at the group, "I'm glad none us was gravely injured." Raven stops and then looks out into the night, "Wonder if there are more of 'em out there?" Raven snarls, "Well maybe I'll leave a little warning for 'em to stay away."
-----Raven proceeds to take two of the bugbears spears and plants them into the ground in an open area. Raven then walks up to two of the closest bugbears and decapitates them. A grim Raven them places the heads on top of the spears.
-----Raven frowns and then says to the group, "Don't like doin' that, but it's what they understand as a warning. Let's get some shuteye. It should be a big day tomorrow. Our old pals are close and I can't wait to see 'em."
-----After doing a quick search of the bugbears, Raven returns to camp.
-----Sol thanks Sarah quietly once she's finished looking at the warrior's wound. He then slips back into his chain shirt and grins at Abram, "Since ye came out more'n fit out o' that little skirmish, we can complete our watch."
-----Sol then makes sure everyone heads back to camp, ensuring no strays are left. Once the group has settled as much as possible, he continues the second watch with Abram.
-----The second watch continues peacefully. As Raven and Garrison take the third watch somewhere off in the distance, a pack of wolves begin their lonely cries into the night. Sol finds himself jumping up to check the horses and to calm them as much as possible. Luckily, the steeds seem for the most part unaffected by the nocturnal noises.
