-----Kazel reappears as she hops on the wagon and pokes the Dread Pirate. "From the barn right?" She whispers. "Did you get everything? Let's take off already."
-----The Dread Pirate wrinkles his brow in confusion, "The barn? Nar, I didn't go into the barn. I went into the house. There was some silverware there, which I thought would go nicely in me new ship's quarters. I also liberated a couple o' silk shirts, I figured Seth'd like 'em. Was there somethin in the barn that I missed? I'd hate to be thinkin that I left somethin behind. There was some nice furniture in the house. If'n we had the time we could probably have loaded up the wagon, but wagon tracks in front of his house might be a bit obvious fer trackin us down later on." The Dread Pirate shrugs, obviously willing to go back to the barn and take a look. He then ponders for a moment, then rummages about in his pouches, emerging with some very nice silver forks and spoons, which he then offers to Kazel as her share in the nefarious doings.
-----Kazel replies, "Ah ok. We can share that later. You see there is a box of forlorn jewelry in the barn that cries out to be liberated. But I shall need some help in this humanitarian effort." She then shows him the samples she has hidden away.
-----Kazel then shows the Dread Pirate the copper armband, the silver chain, the antique-looking brooch and the golden bracelet.
-----The Dread Pirate begins to look somewhat worried as Kazel shows off her newfound wealth. Dread then roots around in his pouches, emerging with a pair of nicely wrought silver candlesticks. He then opens a couple more belt pouches and shows Kazel a large amount of gold and gems, mixed in with the silver cutlery. He then closes the pouches and coughs nervously.
-----Dread then says, "Who the hell is this guy that he has all this wealth just laying around? We might want to be gettin the hell out of here. I imagine that he's going to be a bit miffed that someone liberated all his goods, right down to his silverware and shirts. Actually the gold and gems were underneath his bed, locked away in a little box. He also had a ledger tucked away, but I didn't really examine it too closely. Anyway, we'd best be movin, afore he notices he's been robbed."
-----Just then the sound of Seth's playing becomes that of very raucous drinking tunes. Accompanying the music is the sound of drinking mugs being slammed onto the tables in rhythm.
-----A parched look comes over Runik, but it is quickly replaced by one of hesitation as the dwarf says, "Sure could use another drink meself, but them humans what chased us from the farm be in thar. Mayhaps we be a'movin' this wagon fer they comes out n' spy us."
-----The Dread Pirate nods sagaciously at Runik's suggestion, "Aye, we'd best move down the road a bit. Outta the sight o' anyone comin outta the tavern. Hopefully Seth'll get them soused outta their gourds and they won't be goin home to check on their loot fer awhile." The Dread Pirate grabs Joren's reins and starts down the road.
-----He then pauses and says to Kazel, "Maybe ye'd best stay here, all invisible like, so ye can tell Seth here we're waitin."
-----Kazel nods. "Agreed with getting the hell out. That's why I've been trying to find you. I'll tell Seth as soon as they are out unless of course these so-called farmers try to kill him for gold, which I am guessing is their real profession. Meantime, there's a chest of glittery things in the upper loft of the barn under some hay, if you get bored with waiting."
-----The Dread Pirate, nearly rattling when he walks from all the loot he has stored in his pouches, clambers back off the wagon at the mention of yet more loot to be had. He then says to Runik, "Aye, take the wagon down the road a bit, I'll be back momentarily. A pirate's work is never done, ye know."
-----Thus said, the Dread Pirate races down the road, back towards the farmer's barn, in search of more hidden treasure troves.
-----Brandel drives the wagon a few yards north of the tavern and pulls again off the side of the road. This puts the wagon a bit closer to the center of the village and across from the residence of a leatherworker.
-----As the Dread Pirate streaks past the tavern on his way to the wooded farmhouse, Seth and Krord are seen emerging from the drinking house.
-----The Dread Pirate screeches to a halt, puffs of dust kicking up around his feet when he sees Seth emerging from the tavern. He then does a quick about face and streaks back towards the wagon. Whereupon he leaps back into Joren's saddle and joins the others as they ride down the road.
-----Kazel sneaks over to Seth and whispers, "meeting in the wagon", and then dives back into the aforementioned vehicle.
