-----Raven turns towards the guard that jabbed him with the spear. Raven shakes his head, "You ain't gettin' off that easy you sorry sack of..." With that Raven hits the man square in the face with the hilt of his sword. Raven lets out a low growl as he stands over the guard. Raven turns quickly to face Sol, "Just recollect the rope we used. That's all I brought."
-----Raven looks over to the men trapped in the web. Raven walks over to Sarah, "Sarah, can you take off that web?" Raven looks back at the trapped men and yells at them, "Drop your weapons or die!"
-----The guards in the webbing seem to take no heed of Raven's command. Romney pauses momentarily to see what occurs if the webbing is vanquished.
-----Sol nods and dashes back to the foot of the wall where the rope leads. He calls up to Rinda, "Can ye untie th' rope up there and drop th' edge down here." Once done, Sol will recoil the rope.
-----As Rinda throws down the rope, she gets Raven's attention. She quickly tells him in the lowest voice she can manage, "Raven, I can get inside." She then points at the arrow slits on each side of the door. "If the door is barred," she continues, "I can then remove it."
-----"Raven, we don't have time for that!" Sarah snaps at him. "Rinda, go. Now." She commands. "If the resistance is too heavy come back and let us know as soon as possible, don't waste time. I have a backup plan if you can't get it open."
-----Raven growls and then snaps back at Sarah, "I don't want to send Rinda unless we can distract them from the door. Why don't you climb to the top of the tower and make some noise? Since you have your spells still goin'. Otherwise, I'm not going to send Rinda in there alone."
-----Raven looks at the web, "How long is this thing going to last? I don't want six of our enemies to get the drop on us later on. So now is the time to deal with it." Raven readies his bow, "Or we could just kill them."
-----"Long enough if we stop mucking about and get something done." Sarah responds. She walks to the keep and climbs straight up the wall, once there she looks around for any sort of opening.
-----Seeing that there are only arrow slits, Sol looks extremely unhappy. He then positions himself near the door, ready to act.
-----Dim torchlight shines from the slender arrow slits that are on each side of the door. Oddly there is no sound of a commotion from within.
-----Rinda grabs Raven's arm and smiles a savage grin. "The prey is close, my Hunter. The pack must sometimes send one of its own to flush the prey from where it hides."
-----Nodding toward one of the arrow slits, the huntress asks, "If I go, will you have the rest of the pack ready?"
-----Raven watches Sarah climb the tower and then turns to Rinda, "When Sarah starts to draw their attention sneak inside and open the door. We'll be ready to rush in to back you up." A serious Raven says, "Be careful and don't take any unnecessary risks."
-----An unhappy Raven nods, "Aye, they'll be ready my love." Raven motions for Romney, Lovan and Garrison to move forward. Once they are all in position, Raven says to the group, "Let's finish this." Raven then nods for Rinda to enter the tower.
-----The Huntress puts her lips to Raven's face and then draws back. Rinda seems to step back into the shadows and raise her arms. In the next moment, a small bird takes wing where she once stood. The small creature flutters across and into the recessed portion of the arrow slit, vanishing within.
-----A few anxious seconds pass as everything inside the keep remains quiet, almost too quiet. Then a scrapping sound behind the door is heard as if some large plank is removed. The door is heaved open and Rinda is there to greet everyone with a finger pressed to her lips in a silence command.
-----Moving into the room beyond, everyone sees what would be the great hall of this small castle. The room measures fifty by fifty feet with exposed wooden beams supporting the ceiling. Small hallways exit off this chamber to the left and the right and a door is situated on the opposite wall. Close to this door is a large chair resembling some rustic attempt at a throne. Tables and chairs are positioned at different points in this room and banners and tapestries adorn the walls. A few of the banners feature a large violet letter "K" in fancy writing style. The light here is dim cast by small torches in sconces and candles fitted into candelabras. Wavering shadows move about the walls adding to the tension felt in the air.
-----Rinda looks at Raven and mouths the word, "guards", while pointing to a smaller opening to the right of the hallway to the left.
-----"Tiresome sods." Sol comments as he rushes forward, heading directly into the centre of the main hall. Ever willing to be the party's bait, the Gorian then veers off towards the opening indicated by Rinda.
-----Raven moves to follow Sol, but does not rush into the unknown area.
